Dropped my 2013 Explorer off because the check engine light was on and on need of new oxygen sensor. 3 hours later car was done. Great service. Good price. Probably half of what the Ford dealer would charge. Will be back for inspection and future service when needed.

These guys by searching on Google and these guys lived up to the park they honest trustworthy and do a good job first time get you in and out I've been going here ever since and this is a real thing I want to girls Auto on Westchester Pike they try to charge me 2300 gave me a phony diagnosis come here they check my car $170 these guys are awesome universal auto repair then here every since and won't go nowhere else these are the guys to go to honest and when you get a honest mechanic you got the best thank you guys and please keep up the good work

I had both my wife’s car and mine at Universal Auto Repair for the first time within a week. My wife’s car’s A/C system wasn’t working and I brought mine in for state inspection/ emissions and a problem with the TPS monitoring system. Both cars were quickly and satisfactorily repaired and returned to us. I will recommend Universal Auto Repair to my friends and family whenever they inquire about getting their vehicles repaired and / or serviced.

Another shop quoted me over $2,200 for the work I needed, and Universal did the same job for less than half the price—with incredible quality and service. From start to finish, they were friendly, patient, and took the time to explain every detail so I fully understood the costs. The repair was completed in just one day (when others told me it would take several), and everyone I interacted with was so kind and professional. I’m new to Philly, so finding a trustworthy auto shop was important—and even though Universal is nearly a 40-minute drive from me, it’s absolutely worth it.
